As a Contact Centre Learner, you will be responsible for responding to a targeted amount of telephone calls accurately and within a specified time frame to meet set service standards. You will also assist with ad-hoc data capturing, updating customer contact records, and outbound calling for ad-hoc service-related campaigns. Additionally, you must possess excellent customer relations and people skills, the ability to market and sell products, and maintain customer service standards in a highly pressurized environment.
To qualify for this amazing opportunity, you must be a South African citizen with Matric qualifications and proficiency in both English and Afrikaans. You should have excellent communication and writing skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, accuracy and attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Basic PC skills are also required.
The package and remuneration for this learnership programme is R3000 per month.
